What I’m looking forward to this Winter of 2019

The leaves have fallen, the days are much shorter, and I’m already thinking about Christmas gifts. And this year I particularly look forward to the magical winter season. I look forward to spend evenings with the loved ones full of joy and laughter, read books while drinking my delicious tea, and simply spend time on the things I enjoy doing. I decided to share some things I’m looking forward to this winter. Hope you enjoy, and I’d love to hear what you’re looking forward to this winter!

COZY EVENINGS. When it gets dark outside by 4 or 5 p.m., it’s very acceptable to stay inside! A warm blanket, a comfortable sofa, a cup of coffee or tea and movies with your date. Yes, please!

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS. Once December arrives, the first thing I do is decorate my apartment with some handmade decorations and colourful Christmas lights. It immediately brings that cozy holiday feeling which stays until the end of the winter.

BOOK READING. Is there a better time than to enjoy reading? I have the whole book list ready and can’t wait to finish the book I’m reading now and start on my winter reading list!

SWEATERS. Who is looking forward to reuniting with the favourite cozy sweaters? I know that I am!

SUNNY WINTER DAYS. Is there a more beautiful view in winter than a ‘sparkling snow’? I don’t think so! We all remember, I guess, those clear sky sunny cold winter days, when the sky is so bright and the snow is very crisp. Each time these days take the breath away!

What are you looking forward to this winter? May you have a beautiful start of the winter season!

With love, Loreta
